Can I tell you something? I love being a writer. I’ve always wanted to be one, and I wouldn’t want to be anything else. But sometimes I kind of wish I were brave enough to be a teacher.

I’ll give you a hint: they’re both EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVIL.

Also, I’m guessing that if I called up John Wilkes Booth to find out why my website was abruptly shut down, he’d be about as helpful, friendly, intelligent, and understanding as Yahoo’s “Customer Service”. And I do mean current Booth, i.e., the pile of moldering bones he is right now.

O. M. G. You guys, would somebody please remind me that I absolutely MUST STOP WATCHING Meerkat Manor? Of course, it’s too late now, because I just caught up on last season and DUDE (spoiler alert!)...EVERYBODY DIES! It’s just like Hamlet (um...spoiler alert?), only with more freezing and starving and getting eaten by jackals (!!!!) instead of sword fights and poison. But it’s just as upsetting! Maybe more so! Because meerkats like Kinkajou are way way cuter than sneaky old men like Claudius and Polonius!

Guess what? Remember Resolution #3? Well, I don’t know whether this qualifies as sparkly, but I have finally at long last updated the Books section of my website! Check it out! Yahoo!

I am immersed in thrilling deadlines right now and writing as fast as I can, so I’m afraid this is going to be one of those weeks where the house doesn’t get cleaned and showering falls way down the priority list and the blog is a mishmash of nonsense (er, which is so different from how it normally is...right?).

OMG, you guys, I have a new favorite person! I’ve never met her and I don’t even know what her real name is, but look what she did! She made me a Wikipedia page! I’M IN WIKIPEDIA! Just like I’ve always dreamed! I feel so famous!
